Member of the Saskatchewan Pediatric Transport Team and PedALS Instructor. Core champion of Royal University Hospital ICU's Quality & Safety Team which is a part of the Canadian ICU Collaborative. Integral part of creating a Respiratory Therapy Quality Improvement Commitee at Royal University Hospital. Recipient of the Saskatoon Health Region's 2006 Bravo Award for Performance Excellence.

This is a great video of an animal model of ventilating at ZEEP then at 15cmH2O of PEEP and then back to ZEEP. It is a great example of recruitment and decruitment of the lung during tidal ventilation at different ventilator settings.
I can’t remember where I got this video but I think it was done by Dr. Slutsky in Toronto.
